How it Works
Fill out the Inquiry and from there you will be provided with a proposal and quote.
The first option available to clients is our concept + creation, a full range development of photographic images designed to generate commerce for your business. Company specific and catered to match your marketing plan. Photo shoots can be performed remotely without needing our Client’s direct participation in certain cases (i.g. a product shipped directly to the studio for photographing) In other cases we will travel to a unique location. Concept + creation usually incurs a creative fee, production costs of the photography shoot, and licensing fees of which costs will vary. Licensing cost is calculated by applying a formula based on company size and reach that enables us to work with a wide range of budgets.
The next option is designed for companies on a deadline, on a budget, or in need of generalized and non-specific images to generate commerce for your business. We provide our clients with a password protected gallery carefully curated from our vast photography archives available for commercial use. This option incurs a licensing fee that can be paid directly and a link to download your content delivered from the galleries’ access.
A contract will be issued with every quote. The contract protects you, protects the photographer and protects the images. It is the client’s responsibility to understand and abide by the terms of the contract. Any copyrighted material or a recognizable likeness of a person or certain locations require a release in order to use the images in a commercial capacity. Failure to obtain a release may leave you liable to an infringement claim. The releases collected by us will be provided to you, however, it is your responsibility to ensure you have proper permission for any of your products bearing copyrighted or trademarked material.
A deposit is required for concept + creation.
